For the Qbitt application, I prepared a variety of user documentation items. I tested the app and created a knowledgebase. The knowledgebase includes overview and procedure topics for the main features of the application. In addition, I created several videos. In the process of testing, I also recorded and reported bugs I found to the developers.

Update 3/24/21: The company is handling maintenance at this point and they have made some changes to the look and organization of the knowledgebase. The version I created looked like the information shown in the graphic on this page. For another sample, see the Knowledgebase I’ve set up on this site.
